Our terms and conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Yeethook ("the Service"), operated by Ström Capital Oy ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yeethook receives webhooks from App Store Connect and Apple Server Notifications, formats them, and delivers them to Slack. Optionally, users may provide an App Store Connect API key (p8 key) to enable enriched notifications including crash logs, tester details, and screenshots.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including any API keys you provide. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. API Keys and Credentials

If you provide an App Store Connect API key (p8 key), you are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to use that key. We store your key securely and use it only to fetch data from Apple on your behalf. You may revoke your key at any time through your account settings or by revoking it in App Store Connect.

6. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a paid plan, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service. Lemon Squeezy handles all tax collection, invoicing, and compliance on our behalf.

Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

7. Free Plan

The free plan includes limited usage (1 app, 100 events per month). We reserve the right to modify the free plan limits at any time.

8. Data Handling

We process webhook data from Apple on your behalf. We use analytics services (Vercel Analytics and PostHog) to understand usage and improve the Service. We use Featurebase for in-app support chat, feedback collection, and product updates. We do not sell your data. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service. 9. Availability, Support, and Notification Delivery

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free access. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions. Support is provided via email on a reasonable-effort basis.

The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. Notifications delivered through Yeethook are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, or timely. You acknowledge that:

  • You should not rely on Yeethook as your sole notification channel for App Store Connect or Apple Server Notifications
  • You are responsible for independently monitoring your App Store Connect account and any other Apple services you use
  • We are not liable for any missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate notifications, regardless of the cause
  • Any decisions you make based on notifications received through Yeethook are your sole responsibility

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Ström Capital Oy. You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your webhook data or API keys.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that notifications will be delivered accurately or on time, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ström Capital Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

  • Missed, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate notifications
  • Loss of data, corruption of data, or inability to access data
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or API keys, despite our security measures
  • Actions, omissions, outages, or changes by third-party services (including Apple, Slack, and our infrastructure providers)
  • Any decisions or actions you take based on information received through the Service

Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including, but not limited to, Apple (App Store Connect, Apple Server Notifications), Slack, Vercel, Supabase, and Featurebase. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of these third-party services. Changes to third-party APIs, terms, pricing, or service availability may affect the functionality of Yeethook, and we are not liable for any resulting disruptions or limitations.

Your use of third-party services through Yeethook is subject to those services' own terms and policies. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ström Capital Oy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your provision of API keys or credentials that you are not authorized to use
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Any content or data you transmit through the Service

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages (including Apple, Slack, and our hosting providers), power failures, cyberattacks, or labour disputes.

16. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days of account termination.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ström Capital Oy regarding your use of the Service. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

20. Assignment

Ström Capital Oy may transfer all rights and obligations under these terms, in whole or in part, to a group company, successor, or purchaser of the business related to the Service, without your prior consent. We will notify you of any such transfer. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms, or your account, to any third party.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. As a consumer in Finland, you may also refer disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) or contact the Consumer Advisory Services ( kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
