Canceling your plan
How to cancel your Yeethook subscription and what happens when you do.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
How to cancel
- Go to your team's Billing page at Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
- In the portal, click Cancel plan and confirm.
What happens after cancellation
Your subscription is not terminated immediately. You keep full access to your current plan's features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your team reverts to the Free plan.
The Free plan includes:
- 1 app
- 100 events per month
- 1 team member
- 1 Slack channel
Prepare for the transition
Before your billing period ends, make sure your team's usage fits within the Free plan's limits:
- Remove apps until you have at most 1
- Reduce team members to 1
- Reduce Slack channel connections to 1
If you exceed the Free plan's limits after cancellation, the Yeethook support team will automatically delete excess resources to bring your account within the Free plan's limits.
Resubscribing
If you change your mind, you can subscribe to a paid plan again at any time from the Billing page. There's no waiting period — your new subscription starts immediately.
Refunds
Canceling does not trigger an automatic refund for the remaining time in your billing period. Instead, you retain access until the period ends. If you believe you're entitled to a refund due to special circumstances, contact us.
