Invoices and receipts

How to access, download, and understand your Yeethook invoices and payment receipts.

Stripe automatically generates an invoice for every payment. You can view your full invoice history and download PDF invoices from the Stripe Customer Portal.

Viewing your invoices

  1. Go to your team's Billing page at Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe Customer Portal.
  3. In the portal, find the Invoice history section.
  4. Click any invoice to view its details, or download it as a PDF.

What's on an invoice

Each invoice includes:

  • Line items — the plan name, billing period, and unit price
  • Taxes — any VAT, GST, or sales tax applied based on your billing address
  • Total amount — the amount charged to your payment method
  • Payment status — whether the invoice has been paid, is pending, or failed
  • Your billing details — name, address, and tax ID if provided

Email receipts

Stripe sends an email receipt after every successful payment. The email includes a summary of the charge and a link to view the full invoice. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for emails from Stripe.

Invoices for business accounting

If you need invoices for expense reporting or tax purposes:

  1. Make sure your billing address and company name are correct in the Stripe Customer Portal.
  2. Add your tax ID (VAT, GST, etc.) if applicable — see Taxes and business billing.
  3. Download the PDF invoice, which includes all the details typically required for business accounting.

Past invoices

Your complete invoice history is always available in the Stripe Customer Portal, including invoices from previous billing periods, plan changes, and prorated charges.
