Subscribing to a plan

How to subscribe to a paid Yeethook plan using Stripe Checkout.

When you're ready to move beyond the Free plan, you can subscribe to a paid plan directly from the Billing page. The entire checkout process is handled securely by Stripe.

How to subscribe

  1. Go to your team's Billing page under Settings → Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Choose the plan you'd like — Team, Scale, or Fleet.
  3. Select your preferred billing interval: monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves approximately 20%.
  4. Click the plan's subscribe button. You'll be taken to Stripe Checkout.
  5. Enter your payment details, billing address, and optionally your tax ID (see Taxes and business billing).
  6. If you have a discount or coupon code, enter it in the promotion field.
  7. Review the total and confirm your subscription.

After subscribing

Your subscription is activated immediately. Your team gets instant access to the plan's limits — more apps, higher event volume, additional team members, and extra Slack channels.

You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe with your first invoice. All future invoices and receipts are available from the Stripe Customer Portal.

Billing address

A billing address is required at checkout. Stripe uses it to calculate applicable taxes. If you're buying as a business, make sure to enter your company address rather than a personal one.

Who can subscribe?

Only team owners can access the Billing page and manage subscriptions. If you don't see the Billing page, ask a team owner to make the change for you.
